This unit is supplied as a flat pack kit for self build.
Fits most large vans, SWB VW T4’s T5’s T6’s and larger makes of vans.
Designed and constructed from 15mm Ply for maximum strength and long term use, this is supplied as a self build flat pack kit.
We supply all fixings and assembly instructions.

Self Build & Pre Assembly options
Our Self-Build kits come with full instructions and all relevant fixings provided. Timing for assembly is highly subjective depending on your skill level but on average for a fully built kit that is sanded, finished and installed we would recommend a days allocated timing.
We supply all fixings, hinges and printed assembly instructions. Note L Shape bed kits are universal fitment, these can be installed either side of the van, front or rear, to do this these kits needed to be provided square so wheel arch shapes will need to be scribed if fixing by a wheel arch.
Our plain ply Eucalyptus kits are a budget entry level material designed for self build customers. These will require sanding to the faces and edges, finishing can be 1 - 2 hours to get a high quality finish. These are designed to be oiled, wrapped, painted or can be left plain for a natural Scandinavian look.
