DODO Medium Van Campervan Insulation & Sound Deadening Kit

Lets start from the ground up with this kit!

Remember there is more information on each section on the drop down options tab when you click into the info bars.

This starts as an entry level kit and selecting product options will increase the overall price and quantity. A total box will appear when you have made all of your selections.

You may notice that you do have some product left over. This is due to roll size and bulk discounts the supplier offers. We have created the bundles so you get the best value product quantities with minimum wastage. Any minimal amounts you may have left can be used for smaller projects such as areas in the cab.

Base kit includes 

• 20 sheets of sound deadening (1.8 SQ.M)
• Dead mat duo twin (5 SQ.M)
• 1 roll of thermal fleece 3.7 SQ.M
• Thermal liner 6mm ( 5 SQ.M)

As you select options you will see what those options add to the total quantity. Once you have made all of the selections a ''total quantities'' box will appear. 

For the floor of the van you will receive the following 

•  Dodo Mat Deadn Duo Pro (5 SQ.M)

Dodo Mat Deadn Duo 

This product consists of two layers. it has has a 1.5mm butyl rubber deadening layer to reduce vibration from the panel and act as a barrier to airborne noise. and attached on top of this is a 3mm Dodo Super Liner top layer. This special formulation closed cell foam has excellent thermal and acoustic properties, ideal to reduce noise and insulate the vehicle.

Moving up to the sides (this does include the rear doors)

• Dodo mat Deadn Hex 
• Dodo Thermo Liner 6mm
• Dodo Thermo Fleece 50mm 

Layer 1: Dodo Mat DEADN Hex

Is a self adhesive, foil backed sound deadening vibration damper. Simply cut, peel & stick Dodo Mat DEADN Hex on the interior sheet metal of any vehicle to reduce unwanted vibrations & structural noise.

Layer 2: Dodo Thermo Liner

Is a 5/6mm sound and heat insulation material for a quieter, warmer van, camper or motorhome. Dodo Thermo Liner is a high grade foil lined closed cell foam. It is made from a moisture resistant dense closed cell foam and will also reduce condensation in your vehicle.

Layer 3: Thermal Fleece 50mm 

Is an itch-free sustainable insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.  It is long-lasting and safe to handle. It can be used to insulate between campervan panels or simply laid on top of existing van insulation to improve overall insulation performance.

What are we feeling when it comes to the ceiling? 

Selecting the appropriate option for 'Roof Options' will add either

For a Standard Factory roof 

• Dodo mat Deadn Hex 
• Dodo Thermo Liner 6mm

For a fiber glass high-top 

• Dodo Thermo Liner 5/6mm

For a pop-top 

• Absolutely nothing! 

In the appropriate quantities see in the 'Info' box what you are getting. 

Coverage provided and information

If you select the correct amount of windows that you have fitted, this will provide you with full coverage to the interior of the vehicle. We understand that not everyone wants this so simply just select more windows on the options tab which will lower your overall quantity.
