What is Thermal SD insulation? 

DeadSound Thermal SD is a self-adhesive, heat insulating and sound deadening vibration dampener. Simply cut, peel and stick onto the interior sheet metal of any vehicle or apply over sound deadening to mute unwanted structural noise and stabilise vehicle temperature year round.

We recommend this product for the floor of the van to sit on top of a sound deadening layer. This doesn't mean that it can't be used else where such as the sides and ceiling of the van.
