The competition

2.1.The title of the competition is Paddle Board and Dry Robe.

2.2. A competition across our social media pages (Instagram & Facebook) and our email subscription sign up. You can separately enter on both email and social media
Competition dates

The competition will run from 24/05/2024 (the "Opening Date") to [30/06/2024] (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

Competition entry deadline

All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the competition:

(a) On social media. Follow the instructions on the competition post. Share, tag three people and be following the page.

(b) Sign up to our email newsletter on www.seasidecampers.co.uk
No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Judging criteria

All entries will be added to a random generator. The winner will then have a criteria check and if they have met the criteria stated (4,9) they will be contacted. If they have not met the criteria (4,9) a new winner will be generated from the online generator.
Eligibility

9.1.Competition residents

The competition is only open to all residents in the UK [aged 18 years or over], except:

(a)employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b)Promoter's employees, employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(c)Family members

Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
Eligibility to enter

In order to enter the competition, you confirm that you are eligible and eligible to claim any prize that may be awarded. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility in order to enter the competition.

10.2 [The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a)automatically generated by computer;

(b)completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c)illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d)photocopies and not originals; or incomplete
Limit of one entry

There is a limit of one entry per person on website submission and on social media every time you tag three people you will gain an extra entry. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Disqualification

[The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize competition.]

4.6.[Competition entries cannot be returned.]
The prize is a

Cruiser 2.0 SUP | Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard and dry robe.

5.1.Number of prizes = 1 across both competitions. It is one competition running over two entry methods.
Prize substitution

Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize supplier

[[The prize is supplied by Seaside Campers (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

Contact the winner

The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
Publishing winners

The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname or Instagram username of major prize winners.
Objections to publication

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Claiming the prize

Please allow 5 days for delivery of the prize.

If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 10 of days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by sending a written declaration, in accordance with condition
19.1. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
Third-party claims

The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Claiming prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 10 of days of the Announcement Date, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an eligible entrant selected from among those entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors (whether acting in their individual capacity or as part of a group) or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal information

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY. See also with regard to the announcement of winners.
Breach of terms

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the competition.
Promoter's right

If it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition.
Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
